This warranty applies to eligible Everstein products purchased from Everstein.eu or authorized Everstein sellers and is available to the original purchaser.

Residential 5-Year Warranty

For products installed in a private residential home and used under normal residential conditions, Everstein warrants the original purchaser that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This 5-year Warranty remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the product was originally installed.

During the applicable warranty period, Everstein provides free replacement parts for covered product defects.

  •  Bathtub Taps 
  •  Bathroom Sink Taps 
  •  Kitchen Taps 
  •  Bathroom Accessories

Multi-Family Residential Warranty

For multi-family residential applications, Everstein provides warranty coverage for: 2 years from the original purchase date

Examples include:

  •  Apartments 
  •  Condominiums 
  •  Townhomes 
  •  Rental residential properties 

During the warranty period, Everstein provides free replacement parts for covered product defects.

Commercial Warranty

For commercial applications, Everstein provides warranty coverage for:

2 years from the original purchase date

Examples include:

  •  Hotels 
  •  Restaurants 
  •  Offices 
  •  Public facilities 
  •  Other commercial projects 

During the warranty period, Everstein provides free replacement parts for covered product defects.

Electronic Components Warranty

Electronic components are covered separately from mechanical components.

Electronic components include:

  •  Digital controls 
  •  Sensors 
  •  LED components 
  •  Control modules 

Coverage: 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date

Batteries and other consumable items are not covered.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Installation & Usage Issues

  •  Misuse, abuse, or neglect 
  •  Unauthorized modifications 

Normal Wear & Maintenance

  •  Normal wear and tear 
  •  Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage after installation 
  •  Water spots or mineral buildup 
  •  Damage caused by improper cleaning products 

Additional Costs

  •  Labor costs 
  •  Installation costs 
  •  Removal costs 
  •  Plumbing service fees 
  •  Other costs not specifically approved by Everstein 

How To Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact the appropriate support team based on where your product was purchased.

Please provide:

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Everstein does not cover:

  •  Labor costs; 
  •  Installation or removal costs; 
  •  Plumbing service fees; 
  •  Damage caused by improper installation or misuse; 
  •  Incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. 

Implied Warranties and Country Rights

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights to the original purchaser.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Some country do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Customers may also have additional rights that vary by country.

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive written warranty provided by Everstein and is non-transferable.
