Delivery time

Germany: 3–5 business days (fastest 2–3 business days)

Germany to France, Spain, and other EU countries: 7–8 business days (fastest 5–6 business days)

Shipping carriers

We work with reliable European carriers including DHL, DPD, and GLS.

The final carrier may vary depending on destination and logistics allocation.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe.

All shipping costs are already included in the product price, and no additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.

We encourage customers to closely monitor shipment updates to avoid any potential delivery issues.

Delivery notes

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We also recommend informing the carrier of any special circumstances that may affect delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Dead-end streets
  • Locations requiring special access or instructions
  • Preferred drop-off locations (e.g. side entrance, garage, reception desk)

Damaged or missing items

We carefully package all orders to minimize damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Please retain all original packaging materials until your case has been resolved.

Do not dispose of the item before receiving further instructions from our support team.

Important note

Our delivery service does not include installation or assembly. However, all necessary parts and accessories required for installation are included in the package.
