Returns & Refunds
At EVERSTEIN, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before fulfilment begins.
Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns (30-day policy)
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging is included
- The item has not been installed or modified
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team to confirm the return process. In most cases, return approval and instructions must be provided before shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our side (for example: damaged or incorrect items).
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of both the package and the product. Contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer replacements for misuse, improper installation, accidents, or external damage.
However, we will support replacement or resolution in the following cases:
- Items damaged during transportation
- Missing parts or accessories upon delivery
- Verified manufacturing defects
If a replacement item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider, but typically:
- PayPal: 24–48 hours
- Credit/Debit cards: 7–10 business days
If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Non-delivery or unclaimed parcels
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, failed delivery coordination, or if it is not collected from the courier and is returned or destroyed, we may not be able to issue a refund.
We recommend ensuring your delivery details are correct and monitoring your shipment status after dispatch.
