Residential 5-Year Warranty

For products installed in a private residential home and used under normal residential conditions, Everstein warrants the original purchaser that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This 5-year Warranty remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the product was originally installed. During the applicable warranty period, Everstein provides free replacement parts for covered product defects.

  • Shower Taps
  • Bathtub Taps
  • Bathroom Sink Taps
  • Kitchen Taps
  • Bathroom Accessories
  • Related components
  • Other Bathroom & Kitchen Product

Commercial Warranty

  • For commercial applications, Everstein provides warranty coverage for: 2 years from the original purchase date.

Examples include:

  • Hotels
  • Restaurants
  • Offices
  • Public facilities
  • Other commercial projects

During the warranty period, Everstein provides free replacement parts for covered product defects.

Multi-Family Residential Warranty

For multi-family residential applications, Everstein provides warranty coverage for: 2 years from the original purchase date.

Examples include:

  • Apartments
  • Condominiums
  • Townhomes
  • Rental residential properties

Electronic components are covered separately from mechanical components.

Electronic components include:

  • Digital controls
  • Sensors

Residential Use

2 Years from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative.

Commercial Use

1 Year from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative.

⚠️ Batteries Excluded: Batteries are not covered under this electronic components warranty.

What EVERSTEIN Will Do

If a covered product or component is determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Everstein will provide an appropriate solution. Solutions may include:

OPTION 1

Repair

Repair the defective part completely free of charge.

OPTION 2

Replace

Replace with a new or refurbished component equivalent.

OPTION 3

Refund

Refund original purchase price if repair/replacement is impractical.

* All warranty decisions will be made solely by EVERSTEIN.

What Is Not Covered

🚫 Improper Use & External Factors

  • Improper installation or configuration
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or absolute abuse
  • Negligence or lack of foundational maintenance
  • Natural events (Freezing, fire, flood, etc.)
  • Modifications or repairs via non-EVERSTEIN parts

🚫 Wear, Environmental & Costs

  • Normal wear and tear & finish discoloration
  • Mineral deposits & aggressive water corrosion
  • Labor charges (installation or removal costs)
  • Shipping, logistics, and handling fees
  • Batteries and consumable secondary items
🛑 Chemical Cleaning Product Alert

Do NOT use cleaning products containing abrasives, alcohol, or organic solvents. These substances may crack, damage, or severely discolor the premium product finish. Use of prohibited cleaning chemicals completely voids this warranty.
